Forms & Applications We require a signed Credit Application on every transaction. Please review the required forms, complete them and send to us via email or fax. You may Contact Us by email or phone if you have questions about the application process. CHARTER CAPITAL has application only programs for equipment costs up to $150,000. We have commercial financing programs for costs over $50,000 that require a complete financial package including income statement, balance sheet and tax returns. (Please refer to the Commercial Financing Requirements form below). Meanwhile, we strongly encourage you to review our Policy Statements for clarification on our policies.
