Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) December 15, 2005 -- Charter Capital recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary in Arizona with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for clients, lenders and employees at its Scottsdale office. Charter Capital was founded in Beverly Hills, CA in 1977 and moved to Scottsdale in November, 1995.

philosophy. Its founder and managing partner, Rick Wilbur,

Charter Capital, a family owned and operated financial intermediary with 14 employees, opened its doors in Arizona in 1995 as Media Capital Associates, LLC. In 2004, it changed its name to Charter Capital based on the original name of the company Wilbur founded in 1977. Charter Capital is based in Arizona but continues to maintain a presence in Los Angeles.
